Digital Printing
At Wallace Printing we go the extra mile to provide our customers with options and solutions to assist them in achieving their goals. Digital printing is one of those options that provides flexibility. There are endless possibilities with digital printing and it is well suited for tight budgets, fast turn around and small quantities.
Digital printing is great for short runs of items such as business cards, brochures, postcards, newsletters, and booklets. It also allows customers to incorporate personalization into their project using variable data. The rapid improvement in digital printing technology has allowed us to be able to offer a high-quality product without a high price tag.
Traditional
Offset Printing
The backbone of Wallace Printing continues to be our offset printing capabilities. Whether your project is 4-color process or incorporates specific Pantone colors, offset printing allows us to control the color on the press to achieve precisely what was envisioned. We use (DTP) digital to plate technology allowing us to hold fine details so the result is of the highest quality.
This method of printing is ideal for medium to large runs of items such as magazines, mailers, brochures, calendars, booklets and other marketing pieces.
Our most recent investment has been an additional 4-color press installed June 2018.
Exceptional
Wide Format Printing
Wallace Printing was one of the first companies in this region to invest in Wide format printing capabilities. This type of printing technology allows us to print on a large variety of substrates. Our UV flatbed printer prints directly to both flexible and rigid materials such as vinyl, foamboard, PVC board, plexiglass, and metal. We also are able to cut these materials into any shape using a CNC flatbed router, allowing our customers to really use their imaginations.
Other great uses of this type of printing are yard signs, magnets, trade show graphics, POP displays, retractable banners, window decals, posters, and maybe even a door or two. We have even used this technology to print on customer provided materials such as fabric, leather, wood and glass tabletops!
